The stance that both Republicans and Democrats are corrupt is a right wing frame. Yes, both parties have problems, and both parties have corrupt members. However, in the republican party corruption is a core party value, embraced by the leadership, and found everywhere you look. far fewer democrats are under investigation for corruption.
Furthermore, YOU DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING IN THIS POST. where’s the goddamn content? the first quote says that we should make sure that there isn’t corruption, not that corruption is guaranteed. it argues only that we should keep a watchful eye… and if you’re going to watch, watch the guys who are more frequently corrupt.
the second quote says that 1) bush is out of line 2) that the repubs are out of line for supporting him 3) that the democrats should have known better than to believe bushes lies. that doesn’t make them corrupt, only gullible.
third is an indictment of bush and the repubs only.
if you’re going to parrot right wing memes, at least have the decency to provide some support instaed of mindlessly quoting.

Both are corrupt. They bow to the 40,000+ lobbyist sitting outside on their doorstep. We are a nation where elections are won by the highest bidder. Get rid of the lobbyist and quit putting the interest of corporations above that of the people. As I say, both are corrupt but agree the neo-cons are more corrupt.

Certainly both parties have corrupt people, but the democrats simply by the values they stand for are more corrupt as a party. That’s pretty clear. Why do you think the people with high values and standards, such as christians, overwhelmingly vote republican. Dems claims to care about the poor Main St. people but have a record of charitable donations far less than the reps. Hmmm. Maybe they don’t walk the talk.
I do not trust the Republican party anymore as I used to be. But both the Republican and Democrat parties are very very very very corrupt. Today, we are living in a post-Christian nation, which means that today the USA is now a very secular nation. Of course, I believe in the separation of church and state, which always happened. But the USA is no longer a Judeo-Christian nation, which was before.
Take a look at the public education, which is extremely very corrupt. Americans are blind and they do not know how to realize the problems of US public schools. That is why I favor in abolishing forever the public schools. PUT THE EDUCATION SYSTEM TO THE PEOPLE, NEITHER TO THE GOVERNMENT, NOR TO THE POLITICANS.
