Thomas Woods at the LewRockwell.com blog notes this about Ron Paul supporters and their “spam”:
When Ron Paul wins an online poll by a wide margin, his supporters are accused of “spamming” the poll. Well, here’s a contest he wins by a wide margin: Meetup groups. Ron Paul has more than twice as many Meetup groups as all the rest of the Republican and Democratic candidates combined. He has 1,097 of them, with well over 55,000 members. Barack Obama has the next-highest number of Meetup groups, with a measly 62.
The margin is even wider than Ron Paul’s usual poll victories. How, I’d like to know, could this be “spamming”? And if this isn’t spamming, then why is it impossible for the poll victories to be just as legitimate?

good point! I’d been thinking the same thing!
The attacks are increasing - a sure sign Ron Paul is making a real impact and “they” are getting worried!
Keep it up supporters!
to add to your point - Paul took in $5.3 million (just slightly less than GOP rival John McCain), mostly in small, individual donations. SMALL, INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS - can’t do that with Spam!
Ron Paul has been “In the News” quite a bit on the Google News homepage. His campaign is really taking off. I suspect the attacks will do the same. He represents the end of billions of dollars of wasteful spending and easy money for some people. They aren’t going to want to give up easily.
