I caught this last night during the debates, I’m glad someone put a clip of it up on YouTube. Take it for what you will.

Sorry, but that was supposed to be God whispering to Huckabee - he actually RAISED TAXES! - it’s just that Huckabee was not in tuned!, in more ways than one! …LOL!!
I think that is Tim Russert himself. Or the other moderator. It would have to be someone that had a mic on and the mic was HOT!
I believe one of the other mods was trying to tell Russert to include something about raising taxes, and he didn’t
OMG-BUSTED!!!!!!! That is exactly how bush gives his speeches, except they feed the whole thing bit by bit into his earpiece. Unbelievable and exciting at the same time. Now we know just what a PUPPET this guy is. He actually looks like a puppet, doesn’t he?
*sigh* What is wrong with people? Why do people still support any of these clowns? Seriously. I just don’t get it.
Today I read that anti-war Republicans are supporting John McCain more than any other candidate. WHAT? John McCain wants to stay in Iraq for 100 more years!
Ron Paul is the only Republican that deserves anyones vote!
Who knows who was whispering to Romney - for all we know, he wasn’t the target of the whisper. I thought it could have been one of the other candidates whispering into the microphone to be honest.
At least he’s not like John Edwards - Mitt’s honest about being a wealthy management type. John Edwards talks like he’s one with the little guy, but he s a phony ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8PECQDBr2w ).
Sources at MSNBC have denied that the comment came from the moderators’ table, claiming that, according to a sound analysis (which Giuliani’s people requested immediately following the debate), the “raised taxes” voice was on the same channel as Romney’s microphone. Attention is now being turned to the Secret Service, which regularly performs EM-wave sweeps of any area that they are protecting (an important function, since they also depend on the ability to communicate with earpieces).
Please don’t act as if any of you know what this whisper is about or who it was intended for. Elle, what a ignorant response to say “OMG-BUSTED.” Who is busted? We all hear the whisper, but I see absolutely no indication that it is Romney or any of his handlers.
This is a curious thing and worth talking about…but anyone who starts pointing figures is just pushing their own political agenda. We have no idea what this is all about or who said it.
Dude, at first I thought you were full of shit.
I thought that you added the whisper in typical conspiracy theory fashion….that was until I saw a story on it in Rolling Stone (not exactly the New York Times or the Washington Post), but still.
Unreal. Good post man.
Maybe it was Jesus or the Gipper himself. How funny would it be if the Whisper said, “I raised taxes”.

MSNBC is saying that whisper of a random audience member was picked up by an open mic.
Turned out to be an audience member near the moderators. Sorry that the grand conspiracy is made of the same stuff as nearly all of them.
That voice heard whispering is none other than Mitt’s. Now the MSM needs to admit for a FACT that all of the candidates are provided with the questions IN ADVANCE.
Clearly he was provided the questions in advance, and this was his own prepared reminder - played back to him when he wanted to hear it.
Mitt likely had a wireless ear piece and a transmitting device in his hand that he alone could activate - which contained prerecorded brief prompts to get him heading in the right direction with his answers. His own wireless microphone channel (on the podium) picked up the signal that was transmitted from his recorded answer to his ear piece as a digital audio signal and it played through the house speakers and on television.
That whispered voice IS Mitt Romney.
Romney heard the whisper because he immediately repeated the words whispered. That’s a given. What remains mysterious though, is why Russert interrupted so clumsily just afterward as if to cover up a botched incident. His question would have been unaswerable if the candidate didn’t know what Regan did in ‘83, then he explains a second later exactly what Regan did. It makes me think that Russert heard the whisper too and just started blabbing in a hopeless effort to retractively cover up the sound. Could the two have been in cahoots?
there’s another post on youtube where he is fed the word, “support” and immediately changes his answer from believe to support any new legislation.
He was fed…he is busted…he is a cheat and has cheated from the beginning! Goodbye, Mitt!

What a load of crap.
There iwas absolutely NO way for Romney to wear a wireless earpiece or hold a transmitting device in his hand on that stage in front of millions of people.
A McCain , Huckabee, or Guiliani plant could have easily whispered that prompt in an attempt to cast aspersions on Romney’s credibility.
NOBODY would do something that stupid to jeopardize their candidacy. Mitt Romney has great character and has more smarts than everybody in that room combined.
I don’t know what to make of this - at the end of the day, so what?
