Even I think this goes a bit far, but I have some empathy for the action:
In the complaint, Thompson cites an accumulation of evidence showing numerous instances of admitted fraud by ACORN employees, as well as individuals solicited by ACORN.
“In light of its hiring, training and compensation practices, ACORN should have known its conduct would cause fraud,” Thompson said. “It also should know that its conduct will cause fraud in the future.”
In addition, the complaint cites conduct by ACORN in Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
Maybe Obama could represent them in court; he’s done some work for them in the past.
And, being the Feds themselves think the problem is so severe (abetted by the Secretary of State) to demand a new verificantion system, maybe this is indeed necessary.
UPDATE: 200,000 out of 600,000 ‘mismatched’ registration cards that match neither drivers license addresses or federal addresses. And the Democrat Secretary of State is refusing to pass those lists onto the voter registrars. Plus a house reserved for ‘worldly’ voters and 3,700 registered to an empty building
