The Paranoid Fear that the Government will come for me

I’ve normally scoffed at such fears in others.  However, recent events have convinced that maybe just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they aren’t out to get you.  However, the agency that might come for me was somewhat surprising…

UPDATE: And the hits just keep on coming. The eco-nazis join the health nazis.

    Sadly I do see a developing trend. It now appears that Obama has seen fit to reform the normally non-partisan departments of DHS and EPA into political arms of his administration. This in itself is somewhat foreboding. It seems as though he is gathering power very quickly sensing that time is precious and that he needs to do this as soon as possible. Knowing that America’s love affair with any leader does not last long. You may just be justified in looking over your shoulder.

    EPA has ALWAYS been a political arm; it just feels it can be really brazen about it now. This is an announcement that they merely won’t wait for any authority from the legislature before they act. Still, some of us find with have to find something to laugh about because there is little we can do to stop them for now.
